This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the bolly4u platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read these terms carefully in their entirety before using any of the services provided.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the bolly4u platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Acceptance of these terms is considered to take effect the first time you access the platform, register an account, or make a deposit. Users who registered prior to any update to these terms are deemed to have accepted the latest version upon continuing to use the platform after the update date.
The bolly4u platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. bolly4u reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account that cannot verify its eligibility.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the bolly4u platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any existing balances.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials secure, including their username and password. bolly4u will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login information.
Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration and throughout their use of the platform. False or misleading information is sufficient grounds for account closure without prior notice.
Users are prohibited from:
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law
- Attempting to manipulate the game system, bonuses, or VIP programme through unauthorised means
- Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to access your account
- Using automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to interact with the platform without written authorisation
- Disrupting the platform's technical infrastructure or attempting to gain unauthorised access to its internal systems
Payments, Transactions and MYR Currency
All transactions on the bolly4u platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved payment methods including FPX bank transfers and TNG eWallet. bolly4u does not accept payments in foreign currencies and is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by third parties.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds come from legitimate sources and belong to the user themselves. Using payment methods belonging to another person is strictly prohibited. bolly4u reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify identity and the source of funds before processing any withdrawal.
Deposit and withdrawal limits vary depending on the selected payment method and account verification level. The latest information on these limits is displayed in the user account section. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and the level of review required — no specific processing time is guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the current policy.
Bolly4u reserves the right to withhold or suspend any withdrawal subject to investigation of suspicious activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or violations of promotional terms of use.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limits
The bolly4u platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, or continuous availability. bolly4u is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical failures, or transaction processing delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Bolly4u's total maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty days preceding the liability claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the bolly4u platform — including logos, text, graphics, interfaces, software, domain names, and marketing materials — is the property of bolly4u or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The bolly4u platform may contain references to third-party services or content. bolly4u is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Access to third-party services is at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension Policy, Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Bolly4u reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from competent authorities, or internal decisions based on the platform's risk policy. In cases of closure due to a terms violation, the account balance may be frozen pending further investigation.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the transaction policy in effect at the time of the request.
Changes to These Terms
Bolly4u reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with the update date clearly marked. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. Use of the bolly4u platform by users outside Malaysia is at their own risk, and such users are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.
